Lynn,

I wanted to thank you. Today, I have finally weighed in at below 300 pounds. I came to you weighing 335 pounds, unable to walk more than a hundred yards or so at a time, with a bad back, and bad knees. I was tired all day and had not slept through the night in over a decade. I was in horrible shape.
You endured apathy, hostility, a series of four-letter epitaphs and inertia. You responded with discipline and toughness when it was required, but always with friendship. Rather than pushing me in one direction or another, you showed me a better way to live, and allowed me to take my own steps in that direction.
Today, I am one-third of the way to my goal of losing 100 pounds this year. I regularly sleep straight through the night, and, I am told, my snoring is no where near as bad as it was. Where before, I had struggled to walk across a parking lot or the college campus, today I can hike for miles in comfort. I can walk stairs without getting winded; ride the bike for hours, and I am getting ready to change to a smaller pair of pants for the second time in two months.
I just wanted to say that I appreciate the help; I appreciate your hard work; I appreciate your friendship. Thanks Lynn

I am a mother of 3 active boys with one on the way.  Although I love to exercise and feel great after I do it, I have struggled with consistency and motivation.  Now with Lynn as my personal trainer, much of that conflict has gone.  First of all, she can come to my house!  The convenience of that alone is perfect.  She brings everything I need for a good work out and is flexible with the kids when they won’t leave us alone.  I also noticed right away when training with Lynn that she has an ability to balance a no nonsense, hardcore training session, while understanding the set backs I experience as an individual.  This made such a powerful combination and helped me to feel comfortable with simply giving my best.  When I don’t give my best she knows just how to encourage without using the ‘guilt factor’!  That quality is hard to find!   

Lynn cares if I succeed, and I know that she feels that way for all her clients.  I am motivated more than ever before and am seeing results! I have had many different trainers over the course of nine years, but with Lynn there is an amazing difference.  She is hands-down the best trainer I have EVER had!  Just hire her and you will see what I mean!

I've been training with Lynn for approximately 1 yrs and she has been absolutely amazing!  Unlike what many believe, you can workout anywhere.  Lynn comes to my home, office and/or other work locations to train me.  I was a very active athlete when I was younger and after having my child at 41, I found difficulty finding what works for my body.  Lynn prepared an excellent diet and constantly changes my workout routine to ensure progress.  I just can't say enough about her skill set and overall diet/workout knowledge.

  I have trained with and had nutrition plans prepared for me by Lynn McKinnie on and off for the better part of the last 5 years, continuously over the last 7 months.  In the last 7 months, I have lost approximately 17 pounds and reduced my body fat percentage by approximately 8%.  I can honestly say that I do not feel that I would have achieved the fitness and weight loss goals that I've set for myself without Lynn's guidance and support.  This is especially important for me, as a 6 year cancer survivor.
    What makes Lynn special, and why I have chosen to continue to work with her for all of these years is her patience, her understanding and her dedication to her clients.  Anytime I've been down on myself for having a bad week, I can always count on Lynn to remind me of how much positive progress I've made.  This is what makes me want to remain with her; of course I want to achieve my fitness and weight loss goals for myself, but I do it for her as well because she is always so proud of me and what I've achieved- sometimes I think even more proud than I am of myself!

Thank you. I feel so good it’s amazing. I have changed my entire way of thinking about food. I was eating for pleasure and now I am eating for purpose, and it still is enjoyable.
